Elevation Church Resources strives to provide excellent materials for your ministry; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible physical items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that digital downloads and opened media products are generally non-refundable.

Return Process

  Verification

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition and were purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the resources and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
